The Diagnostics System is connected to the process PLC, or controller, and immediately reacts to any alarm, bringing context correct diagnostics help to the operator, and repair technician. Additionally any tests that should be made are displayed, along with check boxes to be activated as each diagnostic step is completed. If there are multiple possible causes, then the repair operation is directed along to the most probable cause, and then the next most probable cause, and so on until the repair is effected.
